Boarding list – things to remember

We always ask a few questions of first time visitors to ensure they have the best experience while staying. We will ask you to complete our boarding form for your pets.

Its helpful to have a emergency contact number for you or a family member whilst your pet is in our care. We also ask for the name and contact details for your vet.

When you come

Please ensure you bring your pet’s current vaccination card.  (Your dog needs to be vaccinated for parvovirus,  distemper virus, Leptospirosis and Infectious canine hepatitis.

We recommend you bring a supply of your pet’s normal food to cover the period of their stay. Giving your pet their normal food reduces their stress and can avoid tummy upsets from a change of diet both after arrival and upon their return home. In addition to this they will receive a bedtime biscuit.  Of course if for any reason your food were to run out we won’t let them go hungry!
If you wish you may bring a toy or blanket. Many dogs like a familiar object to make their stay more relaxing for them.  Dogs chew and obviously we cant guarantee its safe return !

Please ensure you bring your pet’s current vaccination card.  (Your cat needs to be vaccinated for Feline infectious enteritis, Feline herpes virus and Feline calicivirus
